The agreement is reportedly worth more than $6 million, with $2 million guaranteed

Smith is returning to the New Orleans Saints after four seasons in their employ

The former much sooner was selected by the Saints in the third round of the 2018 NFL Draft

He finished this past season with 377 yards and three touchdowns while catching 32 total passes

During Michael Thomas' absence, the Saints are looking for a new receiver to step up and be the leader among their other receivers

Currently, they have landed 1,486 receiving yards and 17 touchdowns off of 112 receptions

This is a move suitable for their receiving room because of how weak it is

That will go a long way toward having the New Orleans Saints we are going to be competitive next season
