Aaron Rodgers’ most talented co-player in the National Football League is currently playing in a different league, and Rodgers is grateful to have him.
This summer, the Packers were left without a true No. 1 wide receiver after trading All-Pro wide receiver Davante Adams to the Las Vegas Raiders.
Rodgers hasn’t made a public statement about the Packers’ decision, but his feelings about Adams are apparent.
Rodgers stated at the conclusion of the 2021 season that Adams was the best player he had ever faced in his professional career.
When asked about Davante’s dominance, Rodgers replied, “This kind of praise is well-deserved.” Rodgers stated this at a press conference following the 2021 football season.
Adams’ teammates will sorely miss Rodgers and the entire Packers offense in 2022 and beyond.
When it comes to wide receiver, it will be interesting to see if Green Bay makes another significant move in the near future.
